Super Simple 600 Calorie Diet Plan

As with my 500 cal menu, I do not recommend diets below 600 calories without talking to your doctor and or having a medical consultation. With that said I, do realize people tend to want to lose weight fast and this diet will not hurt you if it’s only for a day. With the 600 calorie menu plan you will see results.

What’s in a 600 Calorie a day diet?

Below is the shopping list for 600 calories a day diet and will answer the question above. My advice (personal, not medical) is to do your grocery shopping first and you can either do this plan every other day or 2 days on 2 days off.  Therefore the attached 7-day grocery list is really for a 14-day diet if that is what you choose.

Make sure to take vitamins or supplements to ensure your internal nutrient levels are at their optimal.  Please reference my chart which will show you how many calories per day if you can lose based on the type of calorie menu plan you choose.  This site is just a reference and is not to replace medical advice.  Everybody’s different and will burn calories at different rates. If you’re going to attempt a low-calorie diet, please, do not do vigorous exercise without adding calories.  Exercise is always recommended and it will do your body more good to do something like a workout for half an hour per day while eating a 1200 calorie diet calorie diet than sit on the couch.
